Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices, tailoring personalized treatment plans to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each client receives effective and individualized support.
• Keep meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical care.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to stay updated on best practices and enhance the quality of care offered.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to actively participate in their care journey.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest research and developments in mental health to provide the most effective treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on empowering individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma-related issues, and emotional distress, fostering resilience through our evidence-based practices. Each interaction is tailor-made, allowing for a personalized approach to mental health that respects the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• Proven experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to design and implement personalized treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that empower you to navigate complex clinical situations and enhance client outcomes.
• Ability and eagerness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, valuing the input and expertise of fellow professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings or outpatient therapy, with a proven track record of working effectively with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote client engagement and therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary treatment teams and case management.
