Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. You will engage with clients through secure telehealth technology, providing therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, establishing an understanding of their unique needs and backgrounds.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific therapeutic goals and identified needs of clients.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to insurance guidelines and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention programs, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable mental health.
  • Establish comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with clients to ensure smooth transitions and continued support post-therapy.
  • Stay informed and compliant with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Assume a proactive role in maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights to improve collective therapeutic practices.
  • Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions to maintain your credentials.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist at Inspire Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is essential.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required to practice within our facility.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth practices and evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with culturally relevant therapeutic approaches and strategies.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
