Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and manage your caseload from the comfort of your home in Camas, Washington. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using telehealth tools to gather insightful data that inform treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Create and execute effective treatment plans incorporating solution-focused interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions and patient progress in secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on various mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available to support their ongoing recovery.
• Participate in regular team meetings and peer reviews conducted via video conferencing to further discuss case strategies and professional development.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your remote therapy sessions and patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective psychotherapy service delivery.
• Expertise in evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques that can be effectively applied in a remote context.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms to establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience
