Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client's individual circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a professional standard of care is delivered at all times.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within our multidisciplinary team, bringing together collective expertise to enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously elevate the quality of our therapeutic methods.
• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and treatment pathways, fostering resilience and understanding.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to provide informed and effective interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required, displaying your foundational commitment to this field.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona is essential to ensure compliance and professional standards.
• Proficiency in formulating and applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic relationships and promoting client trust.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, with sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates.
