• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive information on clients’ emotional health, history, and challenges, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively adapting these methodologies for remote delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals through virtual meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer-review sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes and stay current with developments in the mental health field.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying solution-focused therapeutic techniques, particularly in a remote context.
