Mindful Therapy & Wellness, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team. This full-time position allows you to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of your own home, supporting individuals and families in overcoming their challenges and enhancing their overall well-being. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family counseling, offering crisis intervention and assessment of emotional and behavioral challenges patients may face.
  • Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies to ensure proper patient care and treatment continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare teammates to craft and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies, utilizing accepted social work interventions and thorough psychosocial assessments.
  • Actively engage with community resource groups to establish strong partnerships and advocate for the social needs of patients, representing Mindful Therapy & Wellness at relevant meetings and committees.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Therapy & Wellness, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, families, and older adults. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and trauma. Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
