• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to assist clients in overcoming challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in social work and mental health.
• Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients through virtual sessions, adapting approaches to fit individual needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to encourage peer support and community building among clients.
• Regularly assess progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive client outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on clients undergoing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our diverse client population includes individuals from various backgrounds who are in different stages of their recovery journey. Your insights and expertise will guide these individuals through their challenges, enabling them to reclaim their lives.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in therapeutic practice.

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation centers is preferred, particularly with clients dealing with addiction.
• Previous involvement in telehealth services is a plus, showcasing adaptability to remote work settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices pertaining to trauma-informed care and mental health treatment.
