Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the clinical care of patients, ensuring proficiency in mental health assessments and interventions.
  • Conducting individual or group therapy sessions to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Preparing treatment logs and documentation that reflect the assessments and progress of your patients.
  • Managing a diverse caseload which includes individuals with various psychological diagnoses and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrating advanced expertise in evaluating patients and families for personalized psychological interventions while collaborating to create effective treatment plans.
  • Employing your clinical skills to provide crisis counseling, therapeutic support, and interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Offering educational resources and support programs for both patients and their families to promote mental wellness.
  • Regularly reassessing the needs of your patients to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal psychological support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. You will work closely with patients who may also have co-occurring conditions, providing you with opportunities to broaden your clinical expertise. Your role is essential in fostering an environment of trust and understanding, thereby empowering clients to engage actively in their treatment journey.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • A current license to practice as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Summit Oaks Care Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:

  • Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus, with performance-based bonuses up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
  • Flexible scheduling with choices between 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance options.
