About Flourish
Flourish Health (www.flourish.health) is a telehealth clinic for young adults with high acuity psychiatric illness insured by Medicaid. Our contracts with Medicaid allow our clinical teams to provide high quality care to adolescents ages 12-26 in communities that have historically been marginalized, have limited access to care, and who may otherwise not get the level of care they need.
Flourish health is a general adolescent psychiatry clinic with a fully integrated therapy and case management team. Patients are referred to us as an alternative to IOP. Our patients have moderate to severe mood disorders, moderate to severe anxiety and trauma disorders, and/or behavioral disorders such as ODD. Each psychiatrist works with a team of full-time therapists and full-time case managers to support their patient panel.
From the patient's perspective, they get support from a comprehensive mental health team including their psychiatrist, therapist, mental health coach, and case manager/advocate.
This fully staffed team allows you as the psychiatrist to focus on providing the best care possible while the rest of the team manages additional support and case work. This posting is for a child & adolescent psychiatrist who can commit to 16 or 24 hours per week.   • Comfortable providing care to patient panel census of 150-200 patients with 20 hours per week of direct patient care time (see sample schedule below)

Some of the Responsibilities
  • Build strong rapport with patients
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with therapist and other care team members to develop comprehensive treatment plan
  • Use evidence-based practice to provide individual treatment to adolescents and young adults with mental health needs including medication management

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Child & Adolescent psychiatry fellowship
  • Board licensed Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (or board eligible)
  • Willing to be licensed in 10+ states, where your patient panel is located
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary care team approach and demonstrated respect for colleagues from other disciplines

Schedule:
16 hours (2 clinic days), or 24 hours (3 clinic days) per week
Salary:
2 clinic days at $132,000 as a W-2 employee
3 clinic days at $198,000 as a W-2 employee
