General Liability Defense Attorney

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney to provide legal representation and advice to clients. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of litigation strategies and be able to provide excellent legal counsel. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
  • Identify legal issues and advise clients on the best course of action
  • Prepare and submit court documents and motions
  • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
  • Draft legal documents
  • Trials

Qualifications: 

  • Licensed California attorney
  • 5+ years of general liability defense
  • Experience in litigation and trial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent research and writing skills
