Associate Attorney

Construction & Business Litigation | 2-7 Years
Fully Remote (Arizona Licensed)

A multi‑office law firm with a strong footprint across the Southwest and West Coast is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join its construction and business litigation practice. This position is fully remote, with candidates required to hold an active Arizona law license.


Practice Overview

The firm handles a wide range of complex construction‑related matters, spanning both litigation and transactional work, with a practice that is litigation‑forward. Clients include:

  • Design professionals
  • Construction professionals and contractors
  • Manufacturers
  • Project owners

Matters regularly involve high‑exposure disputes, including:

  • Multi‑million‑dollar private and public works construction litigation
  • Catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases connected to construction projects
  • Projects involving hotels, casinos, roadways and highways, airports, justice facilities, wastewater treatment plants, power plants, healthcare facilities, schools, and large‑scale residential and commercial developments

The firm also advises on:

  • Contract drafting and negotiation for large, complex projects
  • Claims counseling during active design and construction phases
  • Lien actions and payment disputes
  • Mediation and arbitration
  • Trial and appellate support
