This fully remote, full-time role allows you to support individuals in achieving mental health wellness from the comfort of your own home. Work Environment

Our work setting is entirely remote, allowing our team members the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits their needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms to improve clients' mental health and well-being.
  • Facilitate discussions to help clients express their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining insight into their behavior and relationships.
  • Act as a client advocate by assisting in goal-setting and maintaining a supportive, empathetic approach throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision from the State Board, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a history of effectively managing a caseload of clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and understanding demeanor.
Preferred Experience
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, particularly in remote counseling or teletherapy.
  • Familiarity with solution-based therapeutic techniques, including examples of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and hours worked.
