The AI Image-Video Editor is responsible for creating the visual elements and assets needed for production, editing, and enhancing video content using a combination of traditional video editing techniques and emerging AI tools. This role bridges creative storytelling with technological innovation, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and visually consistent video outputs that align with project and brand goals.Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit all the visual elements needed to create the final visual and video content using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Heygen, ElevenLabs, image flash 2.5, Seedream, Kling, Sora, Veo3, etc.) and conventional software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and scriptwriters to bring storyboards and visual concepts to life.
  • Research and test new generative AI tools for video production, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and creative potential.
  • Optimize workflows by integrating AI-based automation for tasks such as rotoscoping, compositing, lip-syncing, and style transfer.
  • Create and maintain visual consistency, pacing, and narrative flow across AI-generated characters and environments
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
  • Document workflows and provide input on process improvements for AI-based production pipelines
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (image generation, video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, or sound design).
  • Understanding of storytelling, motion design, cinematography, and visual composition.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies and adapting to evolving workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • (Optional but valuable) Experience in prompt engineering or scripting for generative video tools.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with ComfyUI or Automatic1111 for more granular control over generation.
  • Basic 3D skills (Blender/Cinema 4D) to create reference geometry for ControlNet workflows.
  • Experience working in eLearning, L&D, or corporate communications.
  • Knowledge of Python/scripting for automating workflows.
