Contract Type: W2/C2C only
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension)
Location: Mountain View, CA (Remote)
Pay Range: $55-$65/Hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented AI Conversation Designer to join our client, focusing on enhancing user support through innovative conversational AI. The role involves close collaboration to create engaging conversational experiences, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to ongoing learning to drive superior user interactions. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on user support at a leading technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partners to create engaging, high-quality conversational flows.
  • Maintain adherence to established quality standards and guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of the latest research to innovate and improve user experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric solutions based on UX principles.
  • Design and refine conversational interfaces (voice, chat, IVR) to enhance user engagement.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Exceptional writing and content design capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of interactive design principles.
  • Experience with large language models and conversational design techniques.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience or familiarity with AI technology and conversational interfaces.
