This position represents an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic world of distribution, handling a portfolio of technology providers. This is a strategic role, where the successful applicant will be responsible for helping develop and then drive execution of commercial strategies with GDS partners and other technology providers.

The role sits on the supplier side of the organisation, within the Global Business Partnerships (GBP) team. This team is a strategic component of the business model and value proposition for GBT, contributing significantly to revenue generation and customer value.

What You'll Do:

  • Find opportunities and develop and implement strategies to optimize content options to meet customer needs

  • Drive groundbreaking internal change sought at ensuring GBT remains a leader in the distribution space

  • Partnering with GDS's and other technology partners to ensure tight-knit collaboration on distribution matters, alignment on goals and improving the overall offering to joint customers

  • Work through content related issues and apply solutions as required to overcome challenges

  • Working with internal partners to ensure alignment & progress on key goals

  • Develop commercial models to meet the evolving needs of the marketplace

  • Ensure costs are well handled and controlled

  • Work with the wider team to distill large data sets into actionable insights that drive strategy

  • Proven record of leading change across the business

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, an attention to detail and ability to deliver multiple projects within deadlines

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$110,600.00 - $205,400.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under our Equity Incentive Plan.
