Position Responsibilities

  • Direct and optimize our distribution network of 14 North American locations with 5,000+ warehouse employees.

  • Evaluate distribution operations, including inventory, workflows, productivity, and workforce planning.

  • Support initiatives for warehouse development, including site selection, building design and product placement.

  • Evaluate warehouse systems and technologies to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.

  • 7+ years of distribution management experience required.

  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations - inbound and outbound.

  • Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
