The intent of oneRTX: PST is to harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform - SAP's S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities.With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. RTX is seeking an experienced AI Portfolio Lead to join our Digital Technology Strategy, Architecture & Platform team.

What You Will Do
As the AI Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation solutions that accelerate value across the PST transformation. In this role, you will shape how RTX leverages AI to streamline processes, enhance data quality and visibility, support SAP S/4HANA adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with digital product teams, process owners, data governance leaders, enterprise architects, and system integrators to identify opportunities, define use cases, prioritize investments, and ensure responsible and scalable AI implementation.

You will establish a governed intake and evaluation framework; lead business case development; develop metrics to quantify realized business impact; maintain transparency around capacity, progress, and dependencies; and ensure the AI portfolio aligns with PST's transformation objectives. Your day-to-day work will involve translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, enabling disciplined ways of working, championing reuse across the enterprise, and ensuring delivery teams have clarity on requirements and success criteria. You will play a critical role in building a sustainable acceleration engine for the entire transformation program.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experienceorin absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience

  • 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, AI/ML initiatives, enterprise transformation, or related domains

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital, analytics, or AI solutions with working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, automation technologies, and data lifecycle management.

  • Background in translating technical concepts into actionable business outcomes for senior leadership including the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and navigate complex and highly regulated environments

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field

  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA or global ERP transformations or implementations

Role Type: Remote

This position is currentlydesignatedas remote. However, the successful candidate willbe requiredto work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
