We're growing quickly and looking for a creative leader to help lead our brand practice and shape the next chapter of Nen.

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Director, Brand to lead our brand strategy, identity, and creative work. You'll work directly with founders and clients to shape the strategy and story, and turn bold ideas into compelling brands and creative ideas. You'll work with our team of designers, strategists, writers, and other creatives to bring those ideas to life.

You'll also help us expand into larger integrated campaigns, helping clients think more broadly about launches and marketing initiatives across film, social, digital, experiential, paid, and more.

This is a role for someone with exceptional creative taste, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to sell and market an idea. You should know what great creative looks like and how to lead a team to get there.

What You'll Do
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, identity, and creative direction

  • Lead projects from early discovery and concept development through final delivery

  • Develop strong narratives, creative platforms, campaign ideas, and copy

  • Direct multidisciplinary creative teams

  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and key creative conversations

  • Own creative thinking for brand pitches and support new business

  • Identify opportunities to turn individual projects into larger creative campaigns

  • Develop integrated ideas across film, social, web, experiential, paid, and other channels

  • Partner with video leadership to bring larger campaign ideas to life

  • Help grow the quality, capabilities, and commercial potential of our brand practice

What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or creative leadership at a branding studio or creative agency

  • Exceptional creative judgment and a strong eye for design

  • Strong writing, storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills

  • Experience leading brand strategy and identity engagements

  • Experience developing campaigns or creative work across multiple channels

  • Ability to turn business and audience insights into compelling creative ideas
