Business Learning Strategist, Lead
The Opportunity:
As the lead Business Learning Strategist, you own the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide learning initiatives that build organizational capabilities and drive business transformation. Embedded with business stakeholders, you diagnose needs, architect integrated solutions, and shape learning roadmaps aligned to company strategy. This role bridges business strategy and employee development, ensuring the workforce is equipped for future success. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Own a business learning capability portfolio, collaborating at the enterprise level to integrate programs across business units and align learning pathways to organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, including Product, GTM, EO, or Finance, diagnosing capability gaps and shaping tailored solutions tied to business outcomes.
  • Architect curriculum and capability pathways, ensuring portfolio coherence and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies, and oversee the development, curation, and iteration of programs, courses, and content.
  • Partner with business SMEs to translate complex concepts into impactful learning experiences that drive measurable performance outcomes.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness, generate insights, and communicate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage competing training needs for maximum business impact and oversee training budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Champion adoption of new learning technologies and methodologies and lead change management initiatives related to learning.
  • Mentor and guide junior strategists and learning professionals, fostering capability ownership and strategic thinking.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the learning lifecycle, including project planning, stakeholder communications, and vendor management.

  • 10+ years of experience in learning-focused roles
  • Experience with human-centered learning design, performance consulting, instructional design, learning technologies, and data analysis

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
