• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each unique case.
• Develop detailed treatment plans with specific goals and objectives that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on client progress.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Contribute to case discussions and strategy sessions aimed at improving our clinical pathways and client service delivery.
• Document client interactions and progress in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will provide support to both adults and adolescents, fostering a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the specific cultural and individual needs of each client, promoting inclusivity and understanding.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of documentation and client management.
• Background in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience working in a remote setting, demonstrating the ability to maintain professionalism and productivity.
