• Conduct regular clinical audits to monitor practitioner performance and foster professional development, focusing on improving service user outcomes.

• Participate in strategic discussions concerning product enhancements, advocating for necessary modifications that align with clinical best practices.
• Facilitate referrals and warm handovers to external health providers within our structured care navigation system, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
• Research, identify, and advocate for community resources—including but not limited to healthcare, childcare, and food assistance—that can enhance client well-being.

Our Detox Center serves clients undergoing significant transitions in their mental health and substance use journeys. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in recovery, ensuring that you approach each interaction with empathy and a client-centered perspective. Your efforts will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their recovery paths effectively and responsibly.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a digital health or substance use treatment context.
• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices, ensuring compliance and integrity in client interactions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member, fostering positive relationships within a remote setting.
• Proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy methodologies, with a keen ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Experience working within detox or substance use treatment facilities.
• Prior involvement with digital health platforms, enhancing the understanding of virtual service delivery.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
