Join us and make an impact!

About the Role

3E is looking for a Digital and Account Based Marketing Manager to help build and strengthen how we reach, engage, and convert audiences across our owned and organic digital channels.

This is a newly scoped, hands-on role with an immediate opportunity to make an impact. You’ll help stand up 3E’s account-based marketing (ABM) capability, including the launch and operation of our new Propensity platform, while owning execution across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), organic social, website content, and conversion optimization. Rather than inheriting one narrow channel, you’ll bring together digital responsibilities that are currently distributed across the Marketing team.

You’ll report to the Senior Director Demand Generation and work closely with Portfolio Marketing, RevOps, Sales, the broader Marketing team, and external agency partners. Portfolio Marketing will guide account strategy, messaging, and positioning, while you’ll bring hands-on expertise to turn those strategies into well-executed ABM campaigns and continually drive business growth.

If you are someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and moving comfortably between planning and hands-on execution, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: This position supports remote work, in the US Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Help build 3E’s ABM capability from the ground up, administering Propensity and executing campaigns from setup and audience configuration through activation, measurement, and optimization.

  • Partner with Portfolio Marketing on ABM strategy, messaging, and positioning, and work with RevOps and Sales around ICP and account-related execution.

  • Bring ABM expertise to the conversation by advising stakeholders on execution best practices and helping turn priorities into actionable campaigns.

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, stakeholders, and external creative partners, while maintaining accurate setup, targeting, tracking, reporting, and documentation.

  • Own organic SEO and AEO execution, producing and optimizing content to improve search visibility and visibility within AI-driven answer experiences.

  • Manage 3E’s external SEO/AEO agency, keeping work moving, creating accountability for deliverables, and directly completing work outside the agency’s scope.

  • Own the front-end website content experience, including ongoing content updates, refreshes, resource-center content and tagging, and coordination with content owners.

  • Use website and behavioral data to identify opportunities to improve user journeys and conversion, and design structured A/B tests across elements such as calls to action, button placement, and forms.

  • Execute 3E’s organic social program, including drafting, scheduling, publishing, testing, and optimizing content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Turn channel and campaign data into clear performance readouts, actionable insights, and prioritized recommendations for continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of experience in digital, growth, or account-based marketing, or a related discipline, within the technology or software industry, ideally in a SaaS startup or similarly broad, fast-moving environment.

  • Proven hands-on ABM experience orchestrating and executing ABM campaigns, including platform administration, campaign setup, project management, stakeholder guidance, and agency coordination, using a dedicated platform such as Demandbase, 6sense, Seismic, or a comparable solution.

  • Hands-on SEO and AEO experience, including areas such as keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content-performance analysis.

  • Experience writing, editing, optimizing, and publishing organic content, using social media management platforms (Oktopost, Sprinklr, SproutSocial).

  • Experience managing website content and front-end performance, including content management systems, user journeys, conversion optimization, and website A/B testing.

  • Experience with audience creation, campaign configuration, targeting, activation, and performance reporting.

  • Proficiency with GA4 and digital-channel reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear insights and priorities.

  • Strong project and calendar management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams as priorities evolve.

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to advise stakeholders and create accountability with internal and external partners.

  • A self-directed approach, you can use business goals to prioritize and move work forward without waiting for detailed directions.

  • AI fluency, practical experience using approved AI tools to improve the efficiency or quality of your work while applying sound human judgment to AI-generated outputs.

  • Based in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire, and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Our US Benefits Include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Life insurance and disability coverage

  • Open PTO and parental leave

  • 401(k) plan with company matching

  • Employee assistance program

  • Voluntary supplemental benefits (Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness)

3E is currently authorized to hire in the following U.S. states:

Alabama, Arizona, California (excluding Los Angeles), Colorado (excluding Denver), Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (excluding Chicago), Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York (excluding New York City), North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
