Job Summary

Step into a high-impact leadership role as an Inside Sales Supervisor, where you'll blend hands-on selling with team leadership in a fast-growing medical device space. In this role, you'll guide prospective patients from initial interest to confidently starting on the innovative Omnipod system, while mentoring a team, driving performance, and improving processes that directly enhance the patient experience. TheInside Sales Supervisoris responsible forboth progressing customers froman awarenessto successfully starting onOmnipodand whererequired,additionaldelegated lead duties.

The ideal candidate willbe responsible forresolving escalated customer contacts, managing existing and new processes, and discovering and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and project management.

The ideal candidate mustdemonstratestrong sales results, sales accomplishments, business acumen, proven ability to learn complex technical material (healthcare/diabetes preferred), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will alsodemonstratethe ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role with internal andexternal stakeholders. Additionally, this position requires a high degree of customer interaction and communication to ensure thepatientexperience is positive and professional while consistently focusing on closing the sale.

The Inside Sales Supervisor is an inside sales role thatprovidesan exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your medical device sales career.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sellInsulet'sproducts to prospective customers. Responsible for making outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in theOmnipodSystem.

  • Responsible for handling inbound calls from patients generated through HealthcareProfessionals'(HCP's)offices or marketing programs.

  • Using a broad understanding of howInsulet'sproducts areused,including the benefits of the product,answercustomer's inquiries about theOmnipodproduct,and competitive comparisons.

  • Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert the lead to a shipped customer.

  • Provide frequent feedback and suggestions to support an environment of continuous process improvement.

  • Perform a broad range of complex and challenging sales andservice-relatedduties and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate andmonitorday-to-day operations for the Inside SalesOmnipodSpecialists team, serving as the main escalation point for any Customer questions or issues and managing processes.

  • Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Inside Sales structure.

  • Preparation of daily, weekly,monthly,and quarterly reports.

  • Provides coaching and feedbackin accordance withmanagerrequirements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

MinimumRequirements:

  • Associate'sdegree

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sale or contact center environment;

  • Able to work Central Business Hours

PreferredQualifications

  • Previoussupervisory / leadership experience

  • Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment to improvesellingand technicalskills.

  • Expert knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pumps

  • Experience with the Salesforcesystem

  • Demonstrates strong selling skills & objection handling - ability to genuinely relate to customers - understand their requirements, needs, concerns and address those appropriately leading to positive business outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $56,300.00 - $84,425.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
