• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health, personal strengths, and treatment needs effectively.
• Implement and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to create a coordinated care plan that meets each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment processes, and medication management to foster understanding and cooperation.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to encourage engagement and participation.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient-centered goals.
• Assist patients in navigating the often-complex mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the recovery process.
• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and conduct discharge planning meetings to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing care.

This role focuses on individuals seeking detoxification from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by our patients, you will play an integral role in helping them re-establish stability and support as they embark on their recovery journey. Your understanding of various mental health disorders, combined with your skills in therapeutic interventions, will be pivotal in guiding patients through their unique struggles.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment strategies, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience working with detoxification clients or in an addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
• Prior exposure to group therapy facilitation or psychoeducational programming.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
