  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, deeply understanding their history and health status to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance client well-being.
  • Maintain client information meticulously, ensuring all records are documented accurately while upholding strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic and coordinate care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid and active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, especially in settings involving mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions.
