Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to create individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to address mental health issues and promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using our state-of-the-art digital documentation system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical doctors, psychiatric nurses, and addiction specialists, to optimize patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with strategies to manage mental health concerns and navigate the recovery process.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health and substance use treatment to enhance clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at our Detox Center include individuals facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and various psychosocial challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in behavioral health settings, particularly within detox or substance abuse facilities.

Compensation and Benefits
