Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, encompassing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to the needs of detox patients.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various settings such as individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute distress, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive and continuous care.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory guidelines to support patient treatment pathways.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, aiming to empower them with strategies to manage their situations effectively.
• Regularly collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed holistically.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience and qualifications.
