To thrive as a Remote Design Innovation Specialist, you need strong skills in creative problem-solving, user-centered design, and a background in design or related fields, often supported by a relevant degree. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite) and experience with design thinking methodologies are typically required.
