POSITION DUTIES

This position serves as Senior Program Manager III, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services' Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD). Direct enterprise IT operations, including data center, application development, network and telecommunications, criminal justice information systems, and IT administration. Lead strategic technology initiatives, manage resources, coordinate cross-functional technical and project management teams, and establish enterprise IT policies, governance, and operational standards to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of mission-critical technology services.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1. Enterprise Data Center Operations & Infrastructure\r\nDemonstrated experience designing, operating, and modernizing enterprise data center infrastructure supporting mission-critical environments with high availability (99.9%+ uptime).\r\nAdvanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including:\r\noCisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms\r\noCisco ISR/ASR routing\r\noCisco DNA Center\r\noCisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)\r\noDynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)\r\noVLANs, VRFs, QoS, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel\r\nExperience implementing and supporting Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), MPLS, VPRN, and hybrid WAN architectures.\r\nExperience administering enterprise storage infrastructure including:\r\noStorage Area Networks (SAN)\r\noFibre Channel\r\noiSCSI\r\noEnterprise storage platforms (Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM Storage, Pure Storage)\r\nExperience managing enterprise server environments including:\r\noVMware vSphere/ESXi\r\noMicrosoft Hyper-V\r\noWindows Server\r\noLinux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu)\r\noIBM AIX\r\nExperience supporting IBM Z/OS mainframe environments, including infrastructure supporting enterprise mainframe applications.\r\nExperience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery technologies such as:\r\noVeeam\r\noIBM Spectrum Protect\r\noCommvault\r\nKnowledge of enterprise virtualization, clustering, and high availability technologies.\r\nExperience planning infrastructure lifecycle management, technology refresh initiatives, capacity planning, and hardware replacement strategies.\r\nKnowledge of enterprise power infrastructure including:\r\noUPS systems\r\noPDUs\r\noGenerator failover\r\noN+1 redundancy\r\noData center environmental monitoring\r\nExperience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or MobileIron.\r\nExperience managing enterprise telecommunications infrastructure including:\r\noCisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)\r\noCisco Unity\r\noMicrosoft Teams Voice\r\noSIP\r\noVoIP migration initiatives\r\nExperience leading enterprise network and data center modernization projects including migration from legacy infrastructure to software-defined and cloud-enabled architectures.\r\nExperience managing geographically distributed enterprise infrastructure supporting multiple regional offices and remote facilities.\r\n\r\n\r\n2. IT Asset & Configuration Management\r\nExperience implementing enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.\r\nExperience managing hardware and software lifecycle using enterprise asset management platforms.\r\nExperience conducting technology asset audits and ensuring compliance with organizational inventory controls.\r\nExperience improving asset governance, inventory accuracy, procurement workflows, and lifecycle reporting.\r\nKnowledge of software licensing compliance and hardware asset tracking.\r\n\r\n\r\n5. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
