Cybersecurity Engineer - RMF & Compliance (DoD Platform)
Be part of a high-impact team securing a mission-critical collaboration platform that enables trusted information sharing between U.S. military forces and international coalition partners. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the platform meets rigorous cybersecurity and compliance standards that support global defense operations.
Position Overview
You will support cybersecurity compliance efforts and Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities for a secure, enterprise-grade collaboration platform. Your work will help ensure systems are authorized, resilient, and aligned with DoD security requirements.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain RMF packages for the platform and its supporting systems
  • Support the system accreditation and authorization process (ATO)
  • Assist with security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and policies
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
  • Strong working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
Nice to Have
  • CISSP or similar cybersecurity certification
  • Experience supporting DoD systems, accreditation processes, or compliance efforts
