• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, history, and specific needs.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each client’s unique challenges.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and recovery.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly document client progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely case management.
• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialists when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care and therapeutic methodologies.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may struggle with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance abuse, and more. As a vital member of our team, you will engage with individuals and families, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward healing and recovery.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with clients in a mental health setting.
• A strong foundation in various evidence-based treatment approaches and models.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering a warm, therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Expertise in crisis intervention, equipped to handle acute situations calmly and effectively.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and commitment to documentation best practices.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive approaches.
• DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training or experience working in multicultural settings.
• Knowledge or experience with telehealth platforms enhancing client accessibility and engagement.
