About the Organization

At Phoenix Rising Behavioral and Mental Therapy, we are committed to providing accessible mental health services to our clients in Redmond, Washington, and surrounding areas. We believe in the power of community and strive to create a nurturing space for both our clients and our counselors.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. You will utilize a full-featured online platform designed to streamline your practice, allowing you to easily manage your schedule, client appointments, and documentation. Our supportive environment ensures you have the necessary resources to focus solely on delivering exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to facilitate the improvement of clientsโ€™ mental health.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults who have been pre-screened for low acuity issues, ensuring a supportive and manageable caseload. • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Please note that provisional licenses or applicants with any disciplinary actions on record are not accepted.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital platforms for therapy delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:

  • Flexibility in scheduling with no set hours, as well as the ability to work from anywhere.
  • A hands-free business model with unlimited client referrals; our team will assist in filling your calendar quickly based on your availability.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing you to dedicate more time to client care and less time on administrative tasks.
  • Comprehensive billing support, ensuring you are compensated for your work without the hassles of managing billing processes.
  • An online dashboard tailored specifically for counselors to manage schedules, sessions, and client database efficiently.
  • A quick onboarding process, with specialists dedicated to getting you ready to see clients in just 1-3 days.

At Phoenix Rising Behavioral and Mental Therapy, we value continuous professional development and are committed to supporting your growth as a mental health professional.
