Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. You will utilize a full-featured online platform designed to streamline your practice, allowing you to easily manage your schedule, client appointments, and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to facilitate the improvement of clients’ mental health.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, guiding them in gaining deeper insights regarding themselves and their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and implementing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans with a solution-focused approach grounded in your expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults who have been pre-screened for low acuity issues, ensuring a supportive and manageable caseload. You will not be facing the challenges associated with severe mental health conditions but will instead focus on helping clients within your area of specialty. We match you with clients whose needs align with your skills, enhancing both therapeutic effectiveness and job satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Additionally, you must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Please note that provisional licenses or applicants with any disciplinary actions on record are not accepted.

Preferred Experience

• A demonstrated ability to make sound clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital platforms for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
