This role is designed for a fully remote setting, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home in Sutherlin, Oregon, or elsewhere in the state. You will be supported by a user-friendly digital portal that streamlines documentation and client management, reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to standardized practice guidelines for a range of diagnoses, ensuring that therapy is both effective and personalized.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic frameworks, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy, to address the needs of your clients during counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and fellow therapists to develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies, offering clients holistic support.
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, catering to adults facing a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Employ digital assessment tools for symptom monitoring and treatment progress, enabling data-driven adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while simplifying daily workflows.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by seeking support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team when necessary.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), while adhering to ethical standards of practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults grappling with various emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to culturally responsive care encourages therapists to engage with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant to each individual’s experiences and perspectives.

• Active independent license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; candidates with licenses in multiple states will be viewed favorably.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance clinical practice, with a strong comfort level in teletherapy formats.
• A passion for providing culturally competent care and a genuine interest in working with diverse populations.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on telehealth services.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools that enhance therapy workflows.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health treatment.

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
