The Role
The Hotel Technology Strategy Analyst supports the deployment, governance, and optimization of hotel technology solutions across Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' global portfolio. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external technology partners to support implementation initiatives, program adoption, reporting, and operational execution.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset, curiosity about hospitality technology, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment. Prior hospitality technology experience is preferred but not required; candidates with relevant education, transferable experience, and demonstrated potential are encouraged to apply.
This role will support:
  • Implementation of Wyndham hotel technology programs, including Wi-Fi, TV, Gateway, EV Charging, Mobile Key, and PMS integrations.
  • Vendor and partner coordination.
  • Business requirements gathering and program readiness activities.
  • Reporting, performance analytics, and adoption metrics.
  • Documentation of processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Coordination across business, IT, sourcing, legal, regional teams, and technology partners.

What you'll do
  • Gather and analyze hotel technology needs and assist in documenting practical, scalable, and brand-aligned solutions.
  • Support the implementation and operational rollout of approved technology programs in coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Develop working knowledge of hotel systems and provide analytical, documentation, and coordination support for their deployment, integration, operation, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to support alignment, readiness, adoption, and performance tracking.
  • Support business and IT stakeholders in advancing adoption and operational effectiveness across Wyndham's hotel technology portfolio.
  • Assist in ensuring that in-room, back-of-house, and guest-facing systems align with guest expectations, property operational needs, and Wyndham's global technology standards.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining best-practice documentation, implementation guides, and process playbooks.
  • Analyze data from deployed solutions and summarize findings and potential opportunities for internal business teams.
  • Manage expense and time reporting and participate in departmental and regional meetings.

You'll be successful if you have
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, Casting/TV, or Key Systems is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, processes, and business concepts quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work effectively across teams.
  • Interest in hospitality technology, technology strategy, or hotel operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and communicate findings.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $65,000-$78,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 10% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
