Job Summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensed in Kansas to conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients. This role is 100% remote and focused strictly on assessment and clinical writing - no ongoing case management required.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct initial ABA assessments
  • Analyze data and identify clinical needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with payer requirements
  • Ensure timely completion of assessment reports
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Active Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (required)
  • Proven experience writing ABA treatment plans
  • Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
