About the role

We are seeking a Privacy Tools & Automation Analyst to help mature and automate our U.S.-focused privacy program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of privacy, technology, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable privacy solutions, support compliance initiatives, and enhance our use of platforms like OneTrust.

The impact you can have

  • Design and implement automated Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) workflows across our brands.

  • Monitor and optimize DSAR performance metrics, ensuring timely and compliant responses.

  • Integrate DSAR processes with internal systems and third-party platforms.

  • Implement and maintain mobile app consent frameworks in compliance with U.S. privacy laws.

  • Conduct cookie audits across brand websites and ensure banners meet regulatory requirements.

  • Improve cookie consent UX and maintain defensible documentation for legal and regulatory inquiries.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design into product development lifecycles.

  • Conduct technical privacy assessments for new features, systems, and third-party integrations.

  • Analyze and document data flows, including API call mapping and system-to-system data transfers.

  • Automate privacy compliance tasks and integrate them into operational tooling (e.g., OT, Jira, Ivanti).

  • Build and maintain systems for automated evidence collection to support audits and litigation readiness.

  • Track and report on compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s across all brands.

  • Conduct privacy reviews of third-party vendors and SaaS platforms used across the organization.

  • Maintain and update vendor risk assessments and data processing inventories.

  • Support data mapping initiatives across all brands to identify personal data flows and processing activities.

  • Assist with privacy impact assessment (PIA) preparation by gathering technical inputs and system documentation.

  • Partner with IT, legal, marketing, and product teams to embed privacy requirements into business processes and technology solutions.

You'll bring to the role

  • 3-5 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or technical compliance roles

  • Strong understanding of U.S. privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with OneTrust, especially API integrations and automation features

  • Familiarity with cookie consent platforms, mobile app auditing, and web tracking technologies

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

  • Ability to translate legal/privacy requirements into technical solutions

  • Preferred Certification: CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/US

  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Postman) is a plus
