Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a mid to senior-level attorney for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The practice involves cutting edge litigation addressing novel legal issues, primarily involving data breach and technology litigation, both direct and class action. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation. Law firm experience and CIPP/US certification is highly preferred.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, and experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation and technology/errors and omissions litigation. Candidates must possess an excellent academic background, with strong writing, research and communication skills, and be a self-starter who is able to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision A commitment to superior client service is essential.

Our current national base salary ranges are:
  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
