Sparks Group has partnered with a leading It Technology company to find a part time Data Management Analyst. As the Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and updating product catalogs and pricing lists, resolving any discrepancies and helping to expedite contract updates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with product catalogs, pricing and contract management and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain product catalogs and pricing lists to ensure strict alignment with contracts and internal business rules.
  • Audit inventory systems to ensure high-level data performance, accuracy, and overall system integrity.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain compliance.
  • Partner with Sales teams to expedite contract updates and product additions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Experience in catalog, pricing or contract management to include extensive experience with product catalogs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
  • A strong understanding of data quality standards and database interfaces is a plus.
