• Translate business questions into structured analysis, reporting solutions, and practical recommendations

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Serve as a trusted analytical partner who helps stakeholders clarify the questions behind their data requests

• Balance responsiveness to stakeholder needs with consistency in reporting standards

Data Quality & Cross-System Alignment

• Validate data used in reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues in source systems that impact reporting

• Partner with Data Platform and Analytics Engineering to improve data structure, usability, and trust

Skills and Educational Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a related role

• Experience working with structured datasets, including combining, cleaning, summarizing, and validating data to support analysis and reporting

• Experience building dashboards or recurring reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business questions into insights and recommendations

• Ability to communicate data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• High attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity, imperfect data, and evolving business needs

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or similar, preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or similar data querying / transformation methods

• Familiarity with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses

• Experience working with business data such as CRM, marketing, sales, customer success

• Experience maintaining long-lived dashboards or documenting metric definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic

• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, or reporting standardization practices

• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, communication, or workflow efficiency

Organizational Relationship

This position is part of the Data Analytics team within the broader Data Organization. Analysts partner with business teams across the organization while reporting centrally to Data to maintain consistent metric definitions, trusted reporting standards, and alignment across systems.
