Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analytics Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale data architecture and analytics solutions. This role requires deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a strong focus on BigQuery, data warehousing, and enterprise data strategy. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, define data roadmaps, and enable scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems that support advanced analytics and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive enterprise-wide data architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks across the organization.
  • Design and implement scalable data warehouse and analytics solutions supporting complex business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture of modern data ecosystems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with deep expertise in BigQuery.
  • Architect and optimize data pipelines using Informatica IDMC and related data integration tools.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based data processing workflows for analytics and transformation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and production support teams on data engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure data solutions align with enterprise standards for performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and implement modern data architecture patterns, including cloud-native and AI/ML-ready data platforms.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and metadata management practices across enterprise systems.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Warehousing with strong architectural leadership.
  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery.
  • Expertise in Informatica IDMC for data integration and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in complex SQL and Python for data engineering and analytics.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to support both development and production data systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business-facing skills.
  • GCP Certification required (Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect).
Good to Have Skills
  • Experience with GCP Pub/Sub and Cloud Composer for data orchestration and streaming pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-ready data architecture design and enabling machine learning workloads.
  • Experience with BigQuery data modeling and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Prior consulting experience or exposure to large-scale enterprise environments.
