Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking an MDM Reltio Architect to design and implement Reltio MDM solutions. The role involves defining entity models, architecting multi-domain MDM solutions, and ensuring data governance and quality across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design end to end Reltio MDM architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise data strategy
• Define entity models, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures
• Architect multi domain MDM solutions (Customer, Product, Party, Location, Account, etc.)
• Ensure extensibility, scalability, performance, and security of Reltio implementations
• Define cloud native integration patterns (event driven, API based, batch)
• Design L3/L4 data models including attributes, data types, and constraints
• Define mastering rules:
• Survivorship rules
• Match & merge strategies
• Trust and source ranking
• Configure:
• Match rules (exact, fuzzy, phonetic, weighted)
• Merge rules and survivorship logic
• Design data stewardship workflows for manual resolution
• Design and govern integrations between Reltio and:
• Source systems (CRM, Core Banking, ERP, Policy, Claims, POS)
• Downstream consumers (Data Lake, Analytics, Reporting, Digital apps)
• Define API based integration patterns (REST, GraphQL)
• Architect real time vs batch vs event driven data flows
• Leverage Reltio components:

• Plan and execute data migrations and cutover strategies
• Ensure backup, recovery, and rollback processes
• Coordinate releases and version upgrades
• Design role based access control (RBAC) in Reltio
• Ensure data privacy and security controls
• Support regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOC, internal audits)
• Define data masking and access restrictions when required
• Translate business requirements into Reltio solutions
• Work closely with:
• Business stakeholders
• Data owners and stewards

• Lead design workshops and technical walkthroughs
