Plans and develops a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery and enablement of HR programs and services. Partners with HR Centers of Expertise to fully understand business strategy and constraints, and how HR can best support achieving positive results. Oversees or participates in all aspects of HR projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and leads or participates in the design of solutions. Collaborates with HR leaders to define the required change management approach including determining desired implementation core knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to support change in the organization. Collaborates with peers to deliver tailored communications that are in alignment with the style and framework by which Essentia communicates with its colleagues. Performs complex analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Executes a data-driven approach to strategy and problem-solving. Collaborates with HRIS Reporting to develop reports and predictive analytics. Identifies and participates in cross-functional initiatives to oversee spending, enhance compliance, and manage risk effectively for the organization. Monitors overarching governance for vendor management activities across HR services and applications. Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance.Education Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Human Resources, Analytics or related capacity required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday reporting
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics
  • Experience supporting internal customers
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
