This position is a clinical data analyst for the SDS Ops Team. This role assists with the coordination of HEDIS and STARs data gathering process remotely, within DataRAP, Cozeva and additional applications as needed. This role performs weekly reporting on total members data mined, calls made, total charts retrieved, and efficacy, as well as quality and productivity reporting. Throughout the year, they perform QA checks and data analysis as needed, ensuring accurate reporting and identifying any potential trends. This role partners with the Manager of Data Analytics, Sr. Clinical Analyst, and leadership team to accurately track and report on year-round data collection and abstraction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, analyze, and report out on the SDS Ops work, quality and productivity reporting
  • Create weekly assignments, based on open gaps and members available to data mine remotely
  • Analyze data for possible discrepancies and deficiencies and report findings
  • Develop and document process improvement
  • Work to refine HEDIS/STAR data collection software and data collection strategies, as needed
  • Support hybrid processes as needed, including reporting on total charts reviewed, and efficacy
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, assist with team coordination of system changes, and system upgrades
  • Complete training on HEDIS/STAR measures
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in operational, business, or data analytics roles
  • 2 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience building reports and analyzing data
  • 2 years of process improvement experience
  • 1 years of experience with Alteryx, Power Query, Power BI, Snowflake, or other business intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated experience validating and ensuring the accuracy of reported data
  • Proven excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare, managed care, clinical quality, provider, or claims data experience
  • Advanced experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, Snowflake, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Experience working effectively within cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Experience automating reporting and analytical processes
  • Proven HEDIS regulatory reporting, or participation with similar regulatory reporting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
