Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS (Financial, Legal & M&A Clients) Our client in the SaaS industry is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to add to their team. This is your opportunity to grow your customer success career while playing a key part in developing and refining the customer success function. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in finance and legal sectors and support the improvement of onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion processes.
