Job description

TechOp Solutions International is looking forย Customer Service Representativesย (CSRs) to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providingย accurateย informationย in accordance withย established policies and proceduresย of customer satisfaction and operational performance.ย 

This role is currently remote; however, candidates must reside in or near Austin, Texas.

Duties:ย 

      • Provide professional customer service and administrative support.ย 
      • Respond to and resolve complex customer questions by researching issues and applying established policies and procedures.ย 
      • Document customer interactions accurately andย maintainย detailed records in applicable systems.ย 
      • Escalate complex issues whenย appropriateย and ensureย timelyย resolution.ย 
      • Process requests, verify information, andย maintainย data accuracy acrossย variousย systems.ย 
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.ย 
      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial andย personnelย information.ย 
      • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.ย 
      • Performsย additionalย duties as assignedย 

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalentย required; Associates preferred.ย 
    • Minimum 2 years ofย relevantย experience withย Associatesย degree; minimum of 4 years ofย relevantย experience with HS diplomaย 
    • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or help desk support experience.ย 
    • Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office Suite.ย 
    • Must meet security eligibility requirements.ย
