Summary

Seeking an experienced Regional Regional Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established Northern California sales territory.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business.

  • Develop new business within the luxury residential construction market.

  • Sell premium custom window and door solutions to builders, contractors, architects, designers, dealers, and homeowners.

  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical product guidance.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist customers in selecting appropriate product solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through project completion.

  • Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Travel throughout the assigned territory with occasional overnight travel as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the window and door, fenestration, millwork, or architectural building products industry.

  • Proven experience managing a sales territory and developing customer relationships.

  • Experience working with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, or distributors.

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to understand construction documents, blueprints, or project plans is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling premium or custom window and door systems.

  • Existing relationships within the Northern California construction and architectural community.

  • Experience with luxury residential projects or custom home builders.
