  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Demonstrable empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage administrative tasks and client workload.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience working with clients facing mood disorders, particularly in outpatient settings, will be an advantage. Familiarity with integrated care models and evidence-based treatment methodologies will enhance your capability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
