About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking Health & Life Insurance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing insurance agents, with a strong focus on delivering training in both English and Spanish to support a multilingual workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on health and life insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs for agents
  • Provide Spanish-language instruction and support to ensure understanding across diverse teams
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and job aids
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve sales performance and product knowledge
  • Ensure all training aligns with federal, state, and company guidelines
  • Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback
  • Support licensing preparation and continuing education efforts

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in health and/or life insurance training or sales
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and learning systems preferred
