- Partner with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and AI teams to translate clinical reasoning into scalable AI system capabilities.
- Define and maintain clinical indices, decision pathways, reasoning frameworks, and evaluation approaches that reflect real-world clinical decision making across specialties.
- Contribute to clinical validation platform development, including development of clinical test sets, reasoning benchmarks, red teaming protocols, safety evaluations, and ongoing expert review to ensure outputs remain clinically faithful, useful, and meaningful.
- Translate clinician and customer feedback into improvements in AI system behavior and the continued evolution of the clinical reasoning framework.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between the Clinical AI team and traditional editorial operations, helping align clinical standards, workflows, and content strategy.
- Communicate effectively across clinical, technical, and business teams, translating complex clinical concepts into practical system requirements and technical concepts into clinically meaningful guidance.
- Represent Wolters Kluwer externally through white papers, conference presentations, and thought leadership.
