What is a Remote Culture Manager?

A Remote Culture Manager is a professional responsible for fostering and maintaining a positive company culture within remote or distributed teams. They develop strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, support company values, and ensure effective communication among team members who may be working from different locations. Their role often includes organizing virtual events, promoting inclusion, and helping employees feel connected to the organization despite physical distance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Culture Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Culture Manager, you need expertise in organizational development, experience with remote team dynamics, and often a background in HR or business management. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and employee engagement platforms is typically required. These abilities ensure cohesive company culture, employee satisfaction, and effective collaboration across distributed teams.

How does a Remote Culture Manager effectively foster team engagement across different time zones?

A Remote Culture Manager typically uses a combination of digital tools, asynchronous communication, and thoughtfully scheduled virtual events to bridge time zone differences and ensure all team members feel included. Collaboration with HR, team leads, and employees is key to tailoring strategies that work for the whole organization.

Job description

Who we are

Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our Mission

To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our Culture

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships.

If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a foundational sales role designed for early-career professionals who have demonstrated strong potential, a natural curiosity about technology, and the hunger to build a successful SaaS sales career. You'll work closely with sales leadership, converting inbound leads, developing outbound skills, and learning our sales methodology - all while delivering real value to customers. This role is an ideal launchpad for someone ready to grow fast in a high-impact, remote-first environment.

This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time.

What You'll Do

  • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points
  • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients
  • Sell Process Street's AI solutions, including Cora, and confidently articulate how AI-powered workflows transform how teams operate
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets

About You

  • You have 3+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services
  • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller
  • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals
  • You have a passion for start-ups and technology
  • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner
  • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems

Our Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
  • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.
  • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families.
  • Equity for all full-time roles.
  • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
